Our menu changes weekly and we offer meal plans, 5 fresh meals, a variety of frozen meals, snacks, granola and our popular hearty loaf bread. Our meals are 100% plant-based and free from dairy, gluten and refined sugar and are balanced with just the right amount of oil, salt, herbs, vinegar, lemon and spices so everyone can enjoy them. We use extra virgin olive oil in our dressings and coconut oil for baking.
