As an employee, you can use this app to; - Access the Onboarding hub, preparing you to join your organisation - Search for colleagues, review and navigate the organisation chart - Check and update your personal and payment details - View or download a detailed breakdown of your pay, compare your pay over time and access pay-related FAQs. - Submit expense and mileage claims, easily attaching receipts - Check your holiday entitlement and request time off - Clock in and clock out, recording attendances - Submit and track dozens of other types of forms, including performance reviews, training requests and forms designed by your organisation - Access your benefits and internal career portals - Read and download documents shared by your organisation As a Manager, you can also use this app to; - Set tasks and track the progress of onboarders - Authorise and reject requests for time off, expenses and other forms for authorisation - Complete performance reviews and monitor individuals’ performance and potential - View insightful reporting widgets relating to your team - Delegate tasks to colleagues - Access and upload documents to employee records
