Tawakkalna Emergency 與 خدمات المرضى 使用情況與統計

Tawakkalna Emergency app is the official app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for managing emergency cases and community protection. It has played a significant role in containing the spread of COVID-19 and was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). At the beginning of Tawakkalna launch, it aimed to contribute to the management of relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the “Curfew Period” for both government & private-sector workers as well as individuals. This in turn helped in limiting the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Kingdom. During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.
