You can figure out when and what you ate in chronological order. ● Dietary supplement management Do you have any dietary supplements that you take on a regular basis? Record and manage your supplements with Sprint as well. ● Step-counter Sprint is Integrated with Health app which lets you measure the number of steps. Track not only what you ate, but also how much you exercise a day. ● Memo pad Aside from managing your diet, leave a record of your workout or photos of your body shape as a memo. It is also good as a diary in which you write down your feelings or commitments for the day along with your diet.
