reenio 與 Help+Assist 使用情況與統計
Tato aplikace je určena provozovatelům rezervačního systému na platformě reenio a slouží k efektivnímu odbavování rezervovaných zákazníků.
Aplikace umožňující zobrazení detailu rezervace vytvořené a spravované v systému reenio. Na základě rezervačního kódu, který je možné zadat ručně nebo vyfotit (např. QR kódy), je zobrazen detail dané rezervace (s ohledem na přihlášení ke konkrétnímu rezervačnímu systému provozovanému na platformě reenio).
Aplikace umožňuje prohlédnout a zkontrolovat informace o zákaznické rezervaci a následně také změnit její stav. Je tak možné efektivně odbavovat rezervované zákazníky při vstupu na danou kulturní akci, využití sportoviště, apod.
