Mit der App CeP Online begleiten wir unsere Lehrgänge im Präventionsbereich. Die Teilnehmer haben immer einen direkten Kontakt zu ihren Gruppenleiter. Austausch von Informationen, Kontrolle der Hausaufgaben und weiterführende Beratung ist so abgesichert um die Ergebnisse der Lehrgänge zu optimieren. Nutzen sie die App jederzeit und von überall aus.

Nutze die erweiternde Features, wie z.B. Challenges oder Aktivitätentagebuch. Trete in den Bereichen Distanz, Schrittanzahl, Aktivitätsminuten, Treppensteigen, Stehstunden und Kalorien gegen die anderen Teams an. Hierfür nutzen wir die Daten des HealthKit von Apple.
