If you are an Intermountain Health patient in Utah or Idaho, this is your new personalized app that brings powerful tools from across your health experience into one place. The app makes it easier and more convenient than ever for you to manage all aspects of your health – from booking an appointment to paying a bill. The features of Intermountain Health’s patient portal are designed to take the complexity out of managing your health, so you and your family can spend time living the healthiest lives possible.Prior to signing in you can search for doctors and locations, schedule visits, pay your bill, get an estimate, and more! While using the app you can: - Message your providers - Manage family appointments and schedule appointments - Easily access your health record - View your test results and medication history - Pay your medical bills in one convenient location - Get cost estimates - Launch a virtual visit with your provider or get 24/7 care with Connect Care - Check your symptoms and find the best place to go for care - Get important prompts for preventative care Intermountain Health’s patient portal is an expanded and improved version of My Health+. Docket® - Immunization Records

Docket® partners with public health heroes to make it easier than ever for you to access personal and family immunization records directly from Alaska Department of Health, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Minnesota Department of Health, New Jersey Department of Health, North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Utah Department of Health and Human Services, and Wyoming Department of Health. Track upcoming shots, review past immunizations, share your official immunization reports, and more. Alaska, Idaho, New Jersey, Utah, and Wyoming residents can access a SMART® Health Card vaccine credential QR code to facilitate travel to places with COVID-19 restrictions.
