Honest Hour offers well-being services that will pave the way to enhance self-management, assisting the mindfulness practices, providing holistic care to the clients who suffer from mental distress and emotional challenges. Honest Hour practice both directive and non-directive approaches by following the Australian Counselling Association (ACA ethics and practices) and under the supervision of a Psychotherapist and Counselling Psychologist.
