With the NovoEd app, you can:
Access learning resources including video, audio, and documents
Create, edit, submit, and view assignment submissions
Collaborate, practice, and discuss assignments with peers
Complete course surveys and take quizzes and exams
Track points and progress towards completion
Receive feedback from mentors and coaches

Using the EZRA app you’ll be able to schedule convenient time slots that work for you and meet your coach right there in the app using a high quality video connection. You choose your coach, your time slots and your goals – putting you in charge of your career development.
EZRA coaches are provided by leading international consultancy Lee Hecht Harrison who have been a trusted coaching supplier for over 50 years. We support employees and leaders from 89 of the world’s top 100 brands.
Each coach is individually prepped and briefed on everything there is to know about your company. And as a result, you’ll be able to choose a coach that fits in with your learning style, your calendar, and who is familiar with your culture and work challenges.
