Performance Health is proud to introduce the first mobile app designed to work seamlessly and wirelessly with the new Jamar® Smart Hand Dynamometer. Version 3.0 shows a new, more intuitive interface and customer requested new exciting features for the Sustained Grip Test. The Jamar® Smart Hand Dynamometer is a diagnostic tool. The Jamar app does not provide medical advice. The user will find a new level in ease of use and performance. An intuitive, yet powerful interface, will expedite and enhance patient evaluations. Results can quickly be repeated, edited, and saved. But, this is just the beginning… FREE APP: PATIENT: Show Name or ID, Gender, and Age STANDARD TEST - Patient squeezes the Jamar® Smart Hand Dynamometer with each or both hands sequentially. • Set number of reps from 1 to 5 • Set hand(s) to test and which hand to start with • Set and record Grip Position • Show statistics for test compared to Norm for that Gender and Age • Easily accept or redo any trial PAID APP: In addition to the features of the Free Lite Version • Capture Screens and email with the tap of one button • Show Norm values with the tap of one button • Send User information in PDF or CSV format • Each session can have a unique I.D. PATIENT: • Store name and ID, Gender, and Age • Search on name or ID • Store test history and quickly create a new test with the same parameters MORE TESTS – Rapid Exchange, 5 Position Grip, Sustained Grip RAPID EXCHANGE TEST – Patient quickly squeezes the Jamar® Smart Hand Dynamometer and exchanges hands while each trial’s readings are automatically recorded • Set Test interval: 1.0s, 1.5s, or 3.0s • Set number of reps: 5 or 10 • Set hand to start with • Set and record Grip Position • Show statistics for test compared to Norm for that Gender and Age • Easily remove any trial from statistics. Each trial’s reading is automatically recorded and graphed • Set hand(s) to test and which hand to start with • Easily accept or redo any trial • Display results Graphically SUSTAINED GRIP TEST - Patient squeezes the dynamometer with each or both hands sequentially for a timed duration while each trial’s reading is automatically recorded and graphed • Set Test interval: 5s, 10s, 15s, 30s, 60s, 90s, 120s, or until manually stopped • Interval can be set to stop when a certain level of fatigue is reached • Raw data is now available when sending Stored Data in pdf and csv format • Dynamic scaling of Y-Axis provides detailed graphs at low forces • Set and record Grip Position • Up to four trials per hand • Easily redo any trial • Display results Graphically • Hide any trial’s graph to avoid clutter • Show and graphically display average • Show and graphically display average of the previous test • Show statistics for test – Peak; Average; Peak/Average; and Fatigue • Easily remove any trial from statistics.
