The app offers a wide range of personalized tools including: - Take a health risk assessment to determine your risk for disease - Learn how to reduce your risk for disease with personalized plans for wellness - Earn incentives and rewards - Participate in wellness challenges - Socialize with friends and colleagues Alaveda integrates with the Apple Health app which allows you to share steps from your iPhone and activity, workout and sleep data from your Apple Watch. We use this data to provide personalized wellness programming and help drive positive behavior change within your wellness portal.
