This gives your coach more details about your activity level and recovery so that they can better determine your nutrition targets. • Sync your nutrition intake to your check-ins. This allows you to use any macro tracking app that supports Apple Health. • Sync your weight and body fat percentage to your check-ins. This saves you from entering your weight and body fat manually, and gives you an average weight for each check-in period.
