With the app and the myEGK insurance platform, you can easily manage your health insurance at EGK-Gesundheitskasse on the go and digitally – paperless and around the clock. myEGK offers the following advantages: • Submit your reimbursement receipts, prescriptions and receipts digitally – as a PDF or in the app using the handy receipt scanner. • Keep track of your insurance cover, your submitted invoices and cost contributions at all times. • Receive all your documents digitally. • Change your personal data, your deductible, your accident cover or your EGK Care doctor yourself – without having to go through the agency. • Use your Vicard digital insurance card and that of all family members at over 5,000 service providers in Switzerland via the app. • Write messages directly to EGK • Manage the insurance cover of all family members centrally in one place. The app can be used by insured persons of the EGK-Gesundheitskasse with basic and/or supplementary insurance. neon – deine Konto-App

With neon you have your account on your smartphone. Always at your fingertips. Transferring money has never been easier. You always have an overview of your income and expenses. And with the neon Debit Mastercard, you can pay worldwide and online without fees and exchange rate surcharges. You can choose from 3 accounts: • neon free: the everyday account with zero base fees • neon green: The everyday account with an impact on the future • neon metal: the unique account with exclusive insurance packages Are you ready for neon? Your part of the account opening in less than 10 minutes simply via smartphone, completely paperless. Download the app, enter your personal info and have your ID ready for the identification (photo-ID/video call). Afterwards, we need 2-3 working days to check and activate your account. Then you are ready to go. You will receive your card by snail mail within 7 working days. Once you’ve opened your account, you will directly benefit from various neon features. Everyday account functions such as domestic and international transfers are waiting for you, you can upload and scan your QR bills, divide your money with our Spaces, invest in the most traded Swiss and international shares as well as ETFs, set up eBills and much more. All this at the best conditions – without hidden fees. And we’re always adding new features. It's obvious, but we'll point it out anyway: your money is safe. You decide how you want to log in: with a personal login code, fingerprint or Face ID. Only you can authorize payments from your activated device, with a separate transaction PIN. And because your account is held at Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, it's protected by Swiss deposit insurance up to 100’000 CHF. Just like any other Swiss bank. Your data remains in Switzerland. All you need to open a neon account is a permanent Swiss residence, exclusive tax liability in Switzerland as well as a Swiss passport/ID or a residence permit B or C for non-Swiss citizens (we can already evaluate passports of over 70 countries).
