This allows users to keep track of their own eye health easily. This simple tool can be used anywhere at any time, without the need for any login information. Created by an ophthalmologist, it is a reliable tool to assess basic visual functions. Eye Tests: Visual Acuity Colour Vision Macular Grid Dry Eye Questionnaire In addition, this application allows patients seen at Asia Retina Eye Surgery Centre to login with a secure password to view their personal profile and summarised medical records including visual acuity, refraction, eye pressure, diagnosis and eye images during each visit to the clinic. This record of their every visit allows them to track their eye progress and be more aware of their own eye condition.
