'KSP Mobile App' is the official mobile app of the Karnataka State Police. The App is available both in Kannada and English languages. The App offers the following services. 1. The App facilitates any citizen to notify any of their trusted contacts via SMS, regarding an emergency they are in through the SOS button. The App also has the ability to share the location of the sender to their trusted contacts, if their phones are enabled with GPS. 2. The App provides access to certain police services to all the citizens, from Karnataka State Police. The App allows citizens to a) know the nearest Police Station and the jurisdiction Police Station with its contact number and location. Navigation-link is available via Google maps to reach the Police Station; b) report non-emergency incidents via the App to any of the Police units in Karnataka along with attachments like photos, videos, documents and audio files; c) find out the address, contact number, location and e-mail id of any of the police offices in Karnataka; d) look for details of any missing person reported in Karnataka; and, e) push notifications from Police will be available to citizens regarding important events. Each of the Police Control Rooms in the Commissionerate / District Police Jurisdiction will be responding to the complaints. The issues notified by citizens would be automatically acknowledged with an SMS along with report number for future tracking. Desh Kannada Keyboard

Desh Kannada Keyboard is a keyboard extension that makes Kannada typing super easy: • Type in English letters and get Kannada words with our transliteration technology • Type faster using word predictions • Easily switch to English with the language key • Word predictions and spell-correct is available in English also • Emoji button is available after pressing 123 • Open the app and follow instructions to get your new Kannada keyboard: • Enable keyboard from settings • Activate the keyboard by holding the Globe icon and selecting "Desh Kannada Keyboard" • Type Kannada everywhere! Allowing full access: • When enabling the keyboard, you may enable "Allow Full Access" • This allows us to access crash reports and will help us improve the stability of the app • We respect your privacy. No personal information is collected • A standard warning is shown when you enable any downloaded keyboard app How to access settings: • Tap on the ⋯ button after opening the app and tap Settings. This option will be available after keyboard is activated • Available settings: sound on key press, vibrate on key press, emoji row, number row Using the clipboard: • The clipboard lets you save text that you frequently use and paste them easily • After you copy any text, it can be viewed from the clipboard by tapping on "Paste copied text". You can use the Pin button to save it permanently • To show copied text automatically when clipboard is opened, you can change the "Paste from Other Apps" setting to "Allow" Using stickers to make your chats more fun: • Open the stickers page by clicking on the sticker icon on the keyboard. Click on any sticker you like to copy it • Navigate back to your chat app and use your phone's Paste option in the message box • The sticker will be pasted in the chat.
