Jerry Ghionis is widely regarded as one of the top five best wedding photographers and educators in the world. He has emerged as one of the most influential wedding and portrait photographers of the 21st century. Inheriting the strong European sense of style and panache that’s synonymous with his Greek heritage, combined with the relaxed Australian sensibility where he was born, Jerry and his wife, Melissa, are based in Las Vegas, USA and Melbourne, Australia. Together they travel frequently on international photography assignments and speaking engagements and are a powerful creative and business force.
Jerry is a USA Nikon Ambassador and has won more awards than any other photographer at WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) where he became the first Grand Master. Jerry was named in the first ever list of the Top Ten Wedding Photographers in the world by American Photo Magazine. Jerry has won arguably more major awards than any other photographer in the wedding and portrait industry. Some of his awards include the AIPP (Australia Institute of Professional Photography) Australian Wedding Photographer of the Year and the AIPP Australian Fashion Photographer of the Year. Jerry was named by PDN (Photo District News) magazine as one of the top photography workshop instructors in the world and also received a United Nations IPC (International Photography Community) Photography Leadership award.
How the App Works:
The magic happens when our software analyzes the printed image by creating a mathematical model based on shapes, lines, proportions, colors and other elements. It then matches the model against images already in Live Portrait's database. When a match is found what you see is what looks like a 3D, mapped digital video playing on top of a print…living in the physical world.
Please note that our app scanner ONLY works with printed pictures that have interactive videos enabled.
Requirements to use the app:
The Jerry Ghionis image scanner works with rear facing camera Apple devices that use iOS 14 or above. Also, the image scanner works best with a strong internet or Wi-Fi connection.

FJ-X Triggers

FJ-X2 Trigger - Enabling Bluetooth®
1. Turn on the FJ-X2m by long-pressing the Power|Menu button.
2. Press the second and third Menu Selection buttons simultaneously to enter the Settings menu.
3. Scroll down on the Selection wheel until the Bluetooth® icon is highlighted green.
4. Press down on the wheel to highlight [OFF], then press down on the wheel once to change the status to [ON].
5. Press OK to return to the main screen. [Note: The Bluetooth® icon is in the bottom right-hand corner.
FJ-X3 Trigger - Enabling Bluetooth®
1. Turn on the FJ-X3 by long pressing the Power button.
2. Press and hold down the SYNC ∙ MENU button to enter the Settings menu.
3. Using the Control Pad click the down button until the Bluetooth® icon is highlighted green.
4. Press down on the center button of the Control Pad to highlight [OFF], then press down on the down button once to change the status to [ON].
5. Press and hold down the SYNC∙MENU button to return to the main screen. [Note: The Bluetooth® icon is in the bottom right-hand corner.
NOTE: Powering off FJ-X triggers will turn off Bluetooth® functionality. Repeat the steps above to re-enable.
FJ-X Triggers - Connecting to the Westcott StudioLink App
1. Ensure that the FJ-X is on.
2. Ensure that the FJ light is on.
3. Open the StudioLink app.
4. Select the FJ Controls icon.
5. When the app displays the Select a Devices screen, select your FJ-X Trigger from the list of available devices.
IMPORTANT: To ensure optimal performance, keep all software and firmware up to date across all connected devices, including cameras, Westcott FJ & L-Series devices, mobile devices, and the Westcott StudioLink app.
L-Series COBs

L-Series: Connecting a COB
1. Ensure that the COB is ON.
2. Open the StudioLink app.
3. Select the LED Controls icon.
4. On the COB, quick-press the Dim•Bluetooth control knob to turn Bluetooth® on (symbol will appear).
5. Long-press the DIM•Bluetooth control knob until the Bluetooth® logo appears to blink on the COB [now discoverable to the StudioLink app].
6. Select Add a Light or Group.
7. Tap the Add a Light option.
8. Locate your device in the Unpaired Devices section.
9. Tap on the COB device you want to connect.
10. The app will redirect you to the My Scene menu once connected.
