Stay Inspected is a easy to use app that allows you to easily perform any daily inspection. Our app allows inspector to perform your inspections with easy PASS or FAIL questions. If an item Passes then inspector moves on to the next question. If an item Fails camera mode is activated an inspector must take a photo of the failure. Optional descriptions can be added to each question to allow inspectors the ability to fully explain any issues. A convenient light feature is also available if inspections are required during low light conditions. Subscribe at www.stayinspected.com and register each item you want inspected. We offer standard inspections for Class 8 Trucks, Fork Lifts, Log Trucks, Service Trucks, Fleet Vehicles, and many more. At no additional charge we will also make a custom inspection for you. You will be prompted to give each item you register a Unit Designation. This designation will then be used to access it in the app. Once you load the app and put your company name and the Unit Designation in the app will automatically load you inspection. Inspectors will have to input their name and mileage/hours if desired. Date, Time, and GPS Location will auto populate. At the end of inspection the inspector will be required to sign to certify that they performed the inspection. Once submitted a PDF report will be created and emailed to up to 3 addresses. No more lost reports, illegible writing, or papers to file. Everything is done electronically and can easily be stored in files on your computer for easy reference and organization.
