Through Cab9’s advanced auto dispatch functionality, for every booking a customer makes, the best driver for the job will be allocated, significantly reducing dead mileage and making your time more efficient. Additionally, it provides a set of tools that helps you easily monitor your earnings, view your statements, and an in-app chat functionality to easily communicate with back-office operators.

To use this app, your company must be a client of Crisis24 and/or its parents and subsidiaries and have a current license to our Critical Trac™ solution.
The Critical Trac™ app uses cellular data networks to turn your smart device into a tracking solution that can be monitored by Crisis24’s Global Operations Centers and/or your organization’s security team through a management console.

• Two-way messaging with the security team
• Configurable location ping rates to help preserve battery life (continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life).
