The Advanced Health app gives you exclusive access to your individually customized care plan and instructions from Advanced Health Clinic. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As an Advanced Health Clinic patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Advanced Health Clinic provider. Communicate with Advanced Health Clinic in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for Advanced Health Clinic patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Advanced Health Clinic patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Advanced Health Clinic uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
