Sallie (powered by Cogniant.co) empowers users with daily mindfulness and positive nudging to help them monitor their mood, document their thoughts, and set goals. As users continue to document their thoughts, Sallie assembles comprehensive reports that documents the users behavioural progression. These reports are reviewed by the user interactively, allowing the user to become aware and then empowered to manage their own care. The app is using Health Kit data on user request. **Sallie uses the low-power motion sensors unique to the iPhone 5s and above to track your activity and sleep data, then chats with you to help you improve.** App uses background location information to make sense of user’s activity data. App wants to understand user’s real time behavior and based on that suggest some mini interventions like mindfulness videos and real time notifications which will encourage activity and healthy behavior. This will help us increase user engagement and to be more effective tool for keeping track on mental health issues.
