How it works Shortly before boarding a vehicle, such as train, bus, tram or boat, simply swipe the "Start" button in the FAIRTIQ app. Your final destination does not need to be entered. If a conductor requests ticket validation, click the "Show ticket" button and the QR code will automatically be displayed in the app. Once you have arrived at your destination, swipe the "Stop" button in FAIRTIQ. The optimised cost for your trip is then displayed in the app. Companion mode: With this new function, not only do you get a valid ticket easily and conveniently, but also your fellow companions. Whether you are a regular or occasional user, the Tisséo app will simplify your journeys thanks to its many different features. - A practical way to purchase tickets: in just a few moments and wherever you are, purchase your tickets and top up your Pastel card - Interactive map: navigate directly on your smartphone to find bus, underground and tram stops, Toulouse city bike stations, car-pooling spots and all the main points of interest in the Toulouse metropolitan area. - Geolocation: save time! By locating your position, you can instantly find stops and points of interest nearby. - Route map: display the routes of all the lines and stops for a given direction. - Next departures: wherever you are, get real-time information about the times of the next departures on the lines you are interested in. - Line timetables: all departure times for a given line and stop, over several days.
