Accept available e-Hail requests then use ARRO Driver to navigate to the pick-up location, check where the busy areas are in your city, communicate with passengers to let them know you've arrived or when you're stuck in traffic, review your PayCard balance for trips you have serviced, and many more features. Taxi Drivers join and reserve a spot in the queue. When arriving at the Central Taxi Queue, and waiting their turn, drivers are dispatched to a Terminal through the app for passenger pickup. Notifications about reassignment from one Terminal to another is also available within the app.
