The latest release of the OTP SZÉP Card mobile app will help you keep easy track of your current balance and transactions, transfer advance, or check your unused balance of your benefits from two years ago; and the map search will help you find points of acceptance. The application is available exclusively to the holders of an OTP SZÉP Card. Already registered on our website? You do not need to repeat your registration within the app if you already have an OTP SZÉP Portal (www.otpportalok.hu) account; once the authentication process is ready, you can log into the app with the same email address and password that you use for the Portal. For identification purposes, you will need your card number and birth date to start with. If your mobile phone is capable of fingerprint or facial recognition, you may also opt to use these functions for your subsequent logins. If you have not registered yet you will need: • the 16-digit number of your OTP SZÉP Card; • your date of birth; and • an active e-mail address. After the submission of your card number and date of birth, please follow the subsequent steps offered by the application. During the registration process, you will need to submit your e-mail address and a password; then accept the Privacy Notice; and enter the confirmation code sent to your e-mail address. If your mobile phone is capable of fingerprint or facial recognition, you may also opt to use these functions for your subsequent logins. Once you completed your registration, you may use the submitted e-mail address and password to log into the Portal as well. How we’ll contact you Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send will come from LLOYDSBANK. Be wary of any message that differs from this – it could be a scam. Important information We don't charge you to use our services but your mobile operator might charge for some things (such as downloading or using the app), so please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. When you use this app we collect anonymous location data to help combat fraud, fix bugs and improve future services. Our app is available to customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Minimum operating systems apply, so check the Google Play for details. Device registration required. Terms and conditions apply. Freeze and unfreeze certain types of transactions securely 24/7 for extra peace of mind or if you’ve temporarily misplaced your card. Fingerprint Logon requires a compatible mobile running Android 7.0 or higher and may not work on some tablets.
