SYR’s convincing App has a well-structured menu with two main fields “Connect“ and “Products“. In addition, it offers direct access to other functions like barcode-scanner or media library. The “Connect”-functionality, the core element of SYR’s App makes it possible to control valves from a distance. Products from the categories leakage detection, water treatment, hygiene control and heating system monitoring can be monitored and controlled when you are out and about. Thus, the user can check and change all settings anytime as desired – and he will be informed e.g. in case a leakage problem is detected: in the event of an emergency, it will be possible to react without delay. The App is a tangible advantage for our business and trade partners as it offers them real value added: overviews of all product areas (water and filter technology, pressure regulation, protection devices, safety valves, valves for heating systems, heating water conditioning and SYR Connect), brochures, videos explaining products and their installation, FAQ´s, dates of current shows and required data of all central contacts. The integrated QR-code scanner completes SYR’s App. It provides access to more detailed information on spare parts and instructions for use and installation of a specific device. The corresponding QR-code can be found on an adhesive label enclosed to the SYR products. This additional service facilitates the installer’s work. As an example, should he require information on the operation of a valve when service is due later on or if spare parts have to be replaced, the code will provide him the necessary explanations or he can directly place an order to the specialized dealer.
