° Fully close and exit Play Store apps on your phone and watch, as well as the phone companion app, then try again.
Galaxy Watch 4/5/6 : Find and apply the watch face from the "Downloads" category in the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

WATCH FACE INSTALLATION NOTES:
Check your watch's compatibility with WEAR OS before proceeding with the installation. (Note: Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Active are not WEAR OS devices.)
