Using Habit Quest as a habit tracker can help with ADHD, productivity, New Year’s resolutions, self care, creative projects, fitness goals, back-to-school routines, and much more! How it works: Create and customize your character, and then create habits that you'd like to stick to. When you do something in real life, check it off in the app and receive xp, gold, and sometimes items for your character! Each habit is assigned to a character attribute (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Luck, Charisma) and gains xp in that attribute each time it is completed. When you gain enough experience, your attribute levels up and you unlock new perks!
