Fee Finder is a simple to use application that helps real estate agents communicate what a home seller is offering the buyers agent as a commission. The Home Seller’s real estate agent can upload the terms around Buyers commission from their exclusive listing agreement into the Fee Finder App. The application allows for three choices; No fee offered, percentage, or flat dollar amount. Listing agents or Listing Team leads will be overwhelmed with the amount of buyers agents calling when a listing first goes live in the marketplace. Buyer’s agents need to know if any commission is being offered so they can communicate that information to their buyers who have signed buyer’s agreements with them. Yet, MLS legally cannot include these pre-approved by sellers' fees.

The department of education and culture of the ladin poeple in South Tyrol - Innovation and Counselling - presents the project Storiesapp. After the publication of the book with CD, the former Ladin Pedagogical Institute, now Innovation and Counselling, developed together with its partners this app, mainly thought for integrated multilingual teaching. Children are particularly keen on dealing with stories, languages, multimedia and pictures. “Stories” has become an interactive project, that enables to read and to listen to stories. A smooth transition from one language to the other is provided by using the keys. Each scene is animated and thus stimulates the curiosity of the children. Each story has been translated into 5 languages: Ladin –in the idioms of Val Badia and Gherdëina-, Italian, German and English. www.pedagogich.it
