Over the past years, our world has turned into an instant gratification gizmo. Ads, social media, hustle and everything in between.
It's not you. It's what our world has evolved into.
HOW DOES PAUSE HELP?
Pause helps you to take your control back. Pause helps you to build a mental wellness habit by spending 10 minutes with yourself every day.
CHECK IN
Our daily Check In helps you be mindful, present, calm and build a deeper connection with yourself. A Check In has four elements:
1. Marking: An introspective exercise to mark how you are feeling.
2. Breathing: A breathing exercise to help you catch your breath and take a step back.
3. Mindfulness: A scenic visualisation exercise to help you feel present and in the moment.
4. Journaling: A journaling exercise to help you welcome all your thoughts that you are always too busy to pay attention to.
INSIGHTS
Pause helps you discover how you have been feeling, reveal overlooked thoughts, understand yourself better and bring perspective.
REMINDERS
Pause understands you are busy and occupied. A daily reminder reminds you to take a Pause every day at a time you like.

GPT Food Cam is the simplest AI Food Logger and Calorie Counter in the App Store and it’s 100% FREE.
Unlike other food loggers and calorie counters, GPT Food Cam opens directly to the camera so you can quickly take a picture of your meal, post to your feed and see the AI estimated calorie range for the meal. Add the GPT Food Cam widget to your homescreen and so you are reminded how many calories you’ve consumed each day.
GPT Food Cam is 100% Free and we are trying to cover our cost of AI calorie lookup via an occasional ad in your food photo feed.
This app was inspired by my (Raj Singh's) personal experience working with a food coach, where I realized it was more important to get into a habit of food logging than even the calories or macros itself. I hope the focus on simplicity will result in a new behavior with food logging leading to a more positive and healthy lifestyle.
Finally, please contact team@gptfoodcam.com for any support issues or other. We built this over 2 months over summer in lieu of Ben Ashkenazi's college internship. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of many paid apps but it’s simple, it works and it’s free.
