Our small fitness studio’s classes, located just outside of Washington, DC, in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, gained a cult-following when we brought our workouts online in the summer of 2020. With over a decade of fitness experience, Natalie Strahorn and her team of dedicated, elite fitness instructors, bring non-stop, low-impact, high-intensity movement to every class, with a variety of class programming for an overall well-rounded fitness experience. We believe your body needs change to see change. Our diverse class offerings at the MVMNT Society - Bounce, Bosu, Sculpt, TRX and More - are designed to stave off plateaus, both mentally and physically, and complement each other for maximum benefits.
