If no user accepts the alarm the alarm message is send to a 24/7 alarm center When an alarm is received the VieProApp plays an alarm sound to alert the user, also the type of alarm and information about the alarm are displayed. If the user accepts the alarm it is possible to communicate with the person that raised the alarm. If an alarmcall is missed because, for example, if the user is on the phone.
