GCTD Ride the Wave rider app allows you a one tap booking process, allow riders to plan, book, and pay for rides. Riders will always receive vehicle location and trip updates. As these notifications are offered in real-time, riders are empowered with everything they need to know about their trip request. Riders departing the vehicle can be prompted to review their ride based on the experience of the trip so that a feedback loop is continuous for the service, its riders, and drivers.

Download the app, book your ride, and travel throughout Bloomington-Normal with Connect Transit’s on-demand service – Connect FLEX!
Connect FLEX is an app-based, on-demand service that provides flexible routing based on passenger demand within a defined zone.
Booking rides with Connect FLEX is EASY. All you do is select your pickup and drop off locations and select a trip time that meets your needs.
The app will then guide you to the closest pickup location (typically at a safe street corner) and an estimated pickup time.
The powerful Connect FLEX algorithm will do the rest, by alerting the driver, routing the trip to you, giving you the estimated time of arrival, and getting you where you need to go while you sit back and enjoy your ride!
