Hello. This application is designed to help develop Presence. To break the chain of cause-and-effect thought flow several times a day and make room for awareness.
Create an array of messages that you would like to receive from yourself throughout the day. They will come along with reminders about awareness. Specify what time your day starts and ends, choose the number of reminders and the sound with which they will come.
Awake will become your personal organizer of awareness, including a large number of features:
— A space with customizable ambient music will help you relax and reflect. In the future, this section will be replenished with new ambient sessions.
— A space for internal transformation called "Trees" will help you form desired habits and achieve your goals.
— If you are engaged in lucid dreaming, then you know the importance of writing down your dreams. In Awake, you can keep a dream diary. This space can be locked with a password.
