TAKE AN IN-DEPTH LOOK AT YOUR PERFORMANCE: Analyze your training data with detailed graphs (heart rate, speed, power, altitude, cadence, ground contact time, vertical oscillation, stride length), view your route map, explore heart rate zones and segments. ANALYZE YOUR TRAINING LOAD: Find out immediately if your training is too intensive or too fast. Observe and compare TRIMP (TRaining IMPulse), duration, distance or elevation gain to assess the impact of each session over various periods: the last 7 days, the last 12 weeks, or the previous year.
