Teachers could use the system to manage the class, provide timely feedback, and track students’ progress. The system is based upon the cloud service, which is responsible for maintaining relational information for models to items, educators to learners, and grades to learners. The system uses mobile applications as an interface. Through the system web portal, researchers will be able to upload assessment items and algorithmic machine models that can automatically score students’ responses. Teachers can create virtual classes and register students in the courses. They can organize the assessments according to the learning content and assign items to students. They could view students’ performance scores immediately once students submit their responses. Learners also have access to the system through mobile applications, and they can upload their responses to the methods for specific assessment items and retrieve scores immediately.
