The app includes a Hockey FIT team calendar to provide dates and times of Hockey FIT program sessions; a built-in pedometer to track your step progress; weekly training manuals with healthy eating and physical activity tips and resources; and competitions, which compare your teams’ step counts to other Hockey FIT teams throughout Canada.
