The Birmingham Digital Immediate Response Card is a tool for empowering residents to overcome temporary crises along a long-term path to financial mobility. Cards are funded solely by the City of Birmingham, to be used for program-specific purchases. Residents can use the app to view account deposits & transactions and get real-time text notifications of each purchase. Text message and data rates may apply. App profiles are protected with multifactor authentication.
