The PALFINGER IMPACT app enables smooth cooperation between truck drivers, service managers and fleet managers. The IMPACT app creates a completely new communication channel to quickly and easily master the everyday challenges of logistics. Truck owners simply have a corresponding receiver retrofitted to the tail lift and can then connect their mobile phone to the tail lift control via Bluetooth. In the case of a service need, a message from the tail lift is transmitted to the app, which provides detailed information for the service engineer. In the IMPACT app, the truck driver can find help videos to solve minor problems by himself. If necessary, the driver can search for the nearest service partner.
