O INSPEFIRE é um aplicativo que automatiza os processos de Gestão, Inspeção Periódica e Inspeção Mensal de extintores de incêndio e equipamentos de combate a incêndio e emergência.
Conforme os requisitos da NBR 12962/2016 item 5.1 (substituiu antiga NR 23 MTB).
Desenvolvido para Empresas Prestadoras de Serviço, Profissionais do SESMT, Bombeiros Civis ou para Usuário Final, sem necessidade de conhecimento técnico, com equipe própria ou terceirizada.
Bem intuitivo, conduz o operador/usuário a realizar a gestão ou inspeção de equipamentos de forma clara e organizada, respondendo todo check list e inserindo fotos e ocorrências de forma adequada, conforme requisitos de legislação vigente.
Funciona on-line e off-line,
• On-line, as Inspeção Periódica, Inspeção Mensal de extintores de incêndio e equipamentos de combate a incêndio e emergência já vão para o servidor automaticamente, desde que tenha Inspecash (créditos que validam as inspeções).
• Off-line, não é necessária uma conexão à internet para o seu uso em campo, todas as informações registradas off-line ficarão no aparelho e serão carregadas assim que houver uma conexão com a internet, processo essencial para trabalhos em ambientes externos onde não há acesso à internet.
O Inspefire efetua cadastros de equipamentos e sub usuários, inspeções, download e upload das informações de todos os extintores e conjunto hidrantes do cliente, permitindo o registro de novas informações, cadastros e inspeções diretamente no APP, além de possibilitar acompanhar todo o histórico dos itens.
Possui um site/plataforma de apoio que permite o usuário master, emitir diversos tipos de relatórios conforme requisitos NBR 12962/2016 Item 5.1.3, com nome, data, horário de cada inspeção realizada e ocorrências registradas e sub usuários.
Contém ferramentas inteligentes de gestão, que auxiliam o usuário master a gerenciar equipe de campo, com avisos automáticos de equipamentos não inspecionados a cada 30 dias, vencimento de recargas, testes hidrostáticos extintores e mangueiras.
Pode ser utilizado em locais sem acesso à internet pois armazena todas as informações localmente no APP e, quando conectado à internet pelo wi-fi, executa de forma automática a sincronização dos dados locais com o servidor do INSPEFIRE.

Assistance system for black smoke inspections. Through the camera of your device, we virtualize the Ringelmann Scale methodology, used worldwide to measure the emission of black smoke from diesel engines and industrial chimneys. The inspection process is faster and more efficient and it is possible to inspect a greater number of vehicles and chimneys, thus allowing them to be sent to suitability, thus reducing the emission of black smoke and freeing the environment from tons of this residue.
Virtual Ringelmann supports both vehicular and stationary surveillance methods. It was developed for industries and transport companies that need to implement the concept of environmental management in the administration and operation of pollutant emitters and who wish to be aligned with municipal, state, national, or international environmental legislation and standards such as 14001.
Benefits of Virtual Ringelmann
• Measurement
Assessment of the conditions of the fleet or industrial chimneys supporting decision making for preventive and corrective actions.
• Decision support
It automatically identifies and records the pollution index emitted by the inspected source through the captured image. This information together with the registered image will allow a richer analysis of the characteristics of the measurements.
• Confidence
Generates evidence through photographic image captured during the inspection process. This image can be sent to the Virtual Ringelmann Portal (http://portal.virtualringelmann.com) to generate a decision support report.
• Integration
Allows the generation of inspection reports on the web portal as well as the creation of a history of the vehicular or stationary sources inspected
• Convenience
For large companies, it will be possible to maintain a single technical person responsible for analyzing the measurements without leaving the company using the reports issued by the portal. The measurements will be more constant, however, made by common people, without the need for analysis training as it is with the PAPEL scale, bringing more credibility and economy to the inspection process.
Virtual Ringelmann is the evolution of a product created in 1888 in order to facilitate inspection and monitoring of smoke emitters.
