Because the app is used by emergency officials to prepare for, and respond to, a potential pipeline release, access to certain information and features is restricted to emergency officials, including first responders. To access features intended for use by emergency personnel, users must either be invited to register by an authorized user, or answer questions designed to validate their status as an emergency official.
