Our ScanTo3D App, together with cloud-based analysis, quickly generates an accurately measured and labeled 3D CAD and floorplan of a property. This app allows you to create 2D Floorplan and Gross Living Areas (GLA).
No tape measure, no notepads, and no moving of any furniture. This AI-enabled app declutters a furnished house and provides a complete floorplan, with an accuracy of one inch in 20 feet. No special hardware other than your LiDAR-enabled iPhone Pro or iPad Pro (+2020) is needed. Just move around, gather data, and let ScanTo3D do the rest.
- Upload the model to Cloud and then our proprietary AI algorithm will generate a detailed floorplan in different formats including (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, FBX, DFX)

Augmented reality visualization makes it clear exactly what's been scanned, and what hasn't. Once scanning is complete, your 3D models and clouds are immediately available to view. From there, you can create high-resolution textured models in seconds, share your scans, or make measurements.
