An inclusive community begins with understanding each other better. The Race Cards App is a tool to help us get there.
Too often, discussions about race either stay at surface-level or happen only among audiences steeped in knowledge about sociology, history, systemic racism and privilege. The goal of the Race Cards is to facilitate honest, authentic discussion around race in a way that is accessible to everyone.
The App is a digital deck of cards containing questions such as “When did you first become aware of your race?” and “What do the hashtags #blacklivesmatter and #alllivesmatter mean to you?” Questions span participants’ personal experiences, the current state of justice and race relations in our communities, and participants’ take on concepts such as privilege and equity.
Within the app, you'll also find guidance on how to facilitate a meaningful conversation, as well as respecting and challenging participants without invalidating anyone’s experiences.
The Race Cards App is designed for use with any small group -- family, co-workers, friends, neighbors, faith groups, or even fellow community members that have never met.

Attention caregivers of young children! Does your child engage in behaviors that you find challenging? Would you like individualized, evidence-based strategies to support your child? The Family Behavior Support App (FBSApp) is a tool to support caregivers of children who engage in challenging behaviors. Guided by tutorials, you will enter child-specific information and our carefully designed algorithm will generate an individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP). The BSP gives specific strategies you can use to prevent challenging behaviors for your child, teach your child new skills, and respond to your child’s challenging behavior in new ways to make the behavior less likely to occur in the future.
