And then I really liked I remember, the diary, where you can record your appointments as well”
“it made me think about other things I don’t normally think about when I go to the doctors, like, things to ask and things to look out for.”

mCharts is a Personal Health Record (PHR) application that collects health records and clinical records from Apple Health and your other medical providers. It makes health and clinical records easy to understand and accessible to the right people at the right time. mChartsHealth retrieves all available medical/clinical information from Apple Health Records, which you have connected to your healthcare providers. The information is displayed in easy to understand views like the human body map. Additionally, mChartsHealth retrieves other Health and Clinical Category data which is used to help you set and track goals.
mChartsHealth displays health data from other providers, and health information you enter manually. It does not provide medical advice. Seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
