We hope to give you the ultimate exercise experience in our newly renovated, comfortable, eclectic, & healthy environment. We offer Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Piyo, B-Fit, Zumba, Pound, Cardio/Sculpt, Total Tone, Body Pump, & Barre. We really do offer something for everyone!
