Diabetic Nephropathy Management Support is designed with the aim to assist healthcare professionals in providing quality treatment for patients with diabetic nephropathy. It is intended to be an easy-to-use, practical clinical decision support tool for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
It is stressed that it cannot replace the clinical judgement of a healthcare professional. We ask you carefully to make sure you have selected the right options so that the calculator uses the formulas you intend/need to use for your patient's clinical situation.
The eGFR is calculated by the abbreviated MDRD equation. The eGFR is only applicable to stable patients.
Part of the renal managemenet plan is taken from The Renal Association, UK guidelines and the K/DOQI guidelines.

Application for use by patients who have recently undergone heart procedures.
Currently, the users are patients who take part of an approved clinical trial conducted in the Department of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong. They will be using the mobile application along with our hardware and AI solutions to monitor their cardiac health.
To be used along with the Comfit Boomerang single lead ECG recoding hardware device.
Enables researcher-physicians to remotely track user's relevant vitals and heart function. Provides patients with support for post operative recovery by reminding them of their lifestyle goals and medication schedules as prescribed by their physicians.
Connects and shares data with the Comfit dashboard web application to be used by respective clinicians to view and analyse data collected from the app.
