Learn meditation. Meditating with Namatata helps to improve sleep, relaxation and confidence.
Begin meditation with our Pure 1 Meditation Program and learn the basics of meditation in 7 sessions. You will find exercises from sophrology based on breathing.
If you want to learn more, you can choose to continue and have access to dozens of hours of original meditations.
