Download the Joshin app and take a short assessment so we can support you right away 2. Discover recommendation and start using the on-demand resources 3. Schedule a time to meet with your Navigator to share more about your goals 4. Book your recommended coach(es) to get started 5. Attend your first session on the app or on your computer 6. Ongoing you’ll have direct messaging access and resources to your Navigator and Coach, use the Joshin app to access these features on the go. DO I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE JOSHIN FEATURES? Most employers offer all features within the Joshin platform (Coaching, Training, Navigation and Resources). However, some employers may choose to offer only some of these features.
