Steps are easier than you think (hopefully)! Firstly, SAVE, Save your emotion as a short note with weather each representing a different emotion. Secondly, add factors, Think what are the causes of the emotion, and record them as # such as your habit, place, someone... Then analyze by emotions, See your major emotions, and what is causing you each emotion. Or analyze by factors, Find out what-where-who are bringing you good and bad emotions.
