Surry on the Go is a free TV channel that features local info, weather and high school sports. Elkin, Pilot Mountain, Mount Airy, Dobson, Surry County and the public schools within Surry County will all have programming on Surry on the Go, which is a government-owned TV channel and streaming app. High school football, high school boys’ basketball and high school girls’ basketball will be featured on the channel. Board meetings for Surry County Government, the Town of Pilot Mountain, the City of Mount Airy, Elkin City Schools and Surry County Schools will be broadcast on Surry on the Go. Local government services and programs, public school information, tourism related items and parks and recreation coverage are broadcast on Surry on the Go.
