The FiberEndFaceCheck app is specially developed for handheld optical fiber testers. Its functions include receiving WiFi videos, displaying videos, setting test parameters, and testing the cleanliness of optical fiber end faces. Before starting the app, please turn on the power key and WiFi function key of the handheld optical fiber tester. Then, turn on the WiFi function in the phone’s settings, find the WiFi name of the enabled handheld optical fiber tester, and connect to it. Now you can open the FiberEndFaceCheck app. At the top of the app, there is a drop-down selection box for camera type and a drop-down selection box for files. The middle main area is the video display area. The bottom is the function button area, which includes the test button, test result button, parameter setting button, and photo button. Click the test button, and the app will capture a clear picture from the video, analyze the picture, and display the analyzed picture in the video display area. After the test result is available, the test result button function will be enabled. Clicking it will enter the test result display interface. The parameter button can be used to set the test parameters for different optical fiber models. The photo button can capture the currently displayed video.
