Atlantic Gymnastics strives to provide an accessible environment for all people to reap the benefits of gymnastics and meaningful recreation. For over 20 years, our Adaptive Gymnastics Program serves a diverse population of individuals who learn best in a one-on-one situation. These one-on-one classes allow instructors to adapt lesson plans to meet specific and individualized goals. These classes are also a great fit for students who require additional behavioral supports. AGTC offers a state of the art gymnastics facility, with full gymnastics apparatus and training equipment, including a loose foam pit, trampolines, soft and sturdy safety mats of various heights, shapes, and sizes, adjustable bars and balance beams, swingable rings and ropes, ladders, and many accessories to enhance the learning experience.
